Are there ways to find IT teams willing to form Peer groups to compare notes and things like that via the Microsoft community?

Microsoft Tech Community is a great place to start and very effective. If one is looking externally, there are lots of places for IT pros to share, collaborate and engage there as well. For example, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook groups, and other spaces. I manage several active and valuable IT pro communities and I'm happy to connect you and others to them. Follow me on Twitter @Hoorge or contact me via Microsoft.
