- MakeITGoodBrass ContributorCan you briefly explain the differences between GraphAPI, PowerShell and Azure Automation Runbook in the management and troubleshooting of Intune enrolled devices. Also, which would be best to use for custom anomaly detection of enrolled devices? Thanks again!

- MakeITGoodBrass ContributorThank you for the detailed answers!
- engelcgBrass ContributorSometimes it's pretty hard to debug configuration conflicts in case of hybrid joined/co-managed devices. From Intune you are not really able to collect the info on why a configuration is failing or what other configuration is it conflicting with, just some generic or maybe misleading info.

+1. Sometimes it's not clear in Intune which policy it is conflicting with
- wmadm90Brass ContributorNot related to troubleshooting, but relevant here I think as the Intune feedback portal being referenced a lot in this call feels like it could be a great tool, however there is no visible engagement from Microsoft. For example, if you filter by any status except 'open', you get no results and the top ideas have no replies from Microsoft in the comments. Is there any chance that we can get actual engagement on the portal from Microsoft like we had in UserVoice? It really helped set expectations as to what was being worked on, what ideas were simply not feasable, etc.
- Bright110Copper ContributorWe currently can manage updates to Windows and iOS devices. Will Intune bring this functionality to Android devices?
- SigurdWernerIron Contributorfor the deploy apps to devices business cases: users may have multiple devices for different business tasks they are assigned too. Or kiosk devices running w/o an AAD account. Shared PC scenarios too

Is there a report that will indicate devices where the primary user is NOT Intune licensed? Not every user at our organization is licensed and we have users that move to other departments, which drops them from our Intune license group. When this happens the device still shows as enrolled in Intune; however, it no longer deploys configuration profiles to the device because of the licensing issue.
To add more context, this is on Mac devices where you can't change the Primary User.- Char_CheesmanBronze Contributor

Hi Rudy_Ooms_MVP,
uhh... is this problem back again? I really did not see this for a long time. What is your way around? In the past, we assigned a test device compliance policy refreshed the device and aad object was updated.

- AlexWaltersCopper ContributorRecently, my organization ran into an issue with Intune Web Content filtering unintentionally filtering a required site. When we added the site to the allowed list, this did not seem to resolve the issue. We eventually had to turn off the specific category filtering that was blocking the site in question. My question is, is there a better way to filter web content through Intune, or is there a way to better refine the allowed/blocked content?

- MakeITGoodBrass ContributorHello! Can you recommend a formal, deep dive, training that covers Intune management specific to mobile devices (i.e. management of iPhones, iPads, Android devices)? Most Intune training that I've come across is deficient in these areas as the focus is more on desktop and apps and only slightly touches on mobile devices. It would be nice to have training specific to the mobile devices mentioned above. Thank you.
- Reuben MejiaOccasional ReaderWhat is the simplest way to automatically add (scripted/programmatically) a Windows machine into a Dynamic/Assigned Group from the client side? This is for automatic policy assignment associated with the group immediately after Intune enrollment.
- Matt_ChamberlainOccasional ReaderWe are about to trial the use of M365 Group Tags. We are using Autopilot where devices are are by the manufacturer to our tenant with a Group Tag assigned. We are setting up Dynamic groups for all our tags to add them automatically. These groups can then be used can assign the Autopilot profile and any other policies.
