- cjch1979Copper ContributorGood afternoon, I am working on creating a dashboard in POWER BI where I can see which policies are implemented on each device. This means that I should create a query that includes the date, policy, and the device that received that policy. I've already connected POWER BI from Intune and imported the default report that Intune generates. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/506131i0C582537121F61EF/image-size/medium?v=v2&px=400 Now, I have the policies here, and I want to join them with the devices, but in these tables, I can't find a common data point to be able to generate this query. So I've gone to Intune to try to generate this query to be able to send it to Power BI. I've explored workbooks and logic analytics, but I haven't been able to find the table of policies. I also know that there, in the Intune dashboard, I have been able to see that this information is available. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/506132iED68418DC2271F98/image-size/medium?v=v2&px=400 I'm not sure if this is the right path, but I need your help to find a solution for this report. I hope you can assist me in some way. Thank you.
- Alex_DaronCopper ContributorWill Intune have the capability to monitor installed applications on Intune joined devices, and send admins notifications on when new updates for these apps become available? Looking to see if it has the power to alert us for new updates for various applications so that they can be updated in order to close possible security vulnerabilities.

The risk is a compromised account would add a device to circumvent device based conditional access. Having a tight hold on enrolment is thus critical. We use Conditional Access Policy to harden enrolment.
- JoeH45Iron ContributorCould we get an update to reports like Device Compliance to export "user friendly" information in fields instead of just numbers? For example, ComplianceState is 1 or 2 and not "Compliant" or "Not Compliant". The Windows 11 readiness report is another one I can think of where there are a lot of columns with numbers instead of text.

Hey Joe, thanks for your question! Data like the examples you have called out are dynamically localized in Intune based on the language settings of the logged-on user, which is why you see numerical values instead of strings when exporting the data. We provide mapping tables in the docs to help you understand what the numbers mean. Here's an example for the Windows compatibility reports: https://learn.microsoft.com/mem/intune/protect/windows-update-compatibility-reports#windows-feature-update-device-readiness-report.
- evanztechCopper ContributorHow can device compliance and encryption status be pulled into log analytics
- evanztechCopper ContributorEnd Goal for Data Every month we pull a CSV report from SCCM/MBAM of all devices with encryption status, security agents status, etc.. The report is used to identify machines that are not encrypted so they can be remediated. The raw data is used to populate compliance charts and graphs as well. would like raw data for every device

Zach Dvorak would love more details on your use case and desired outcomes here. Please feel free to reply or reach out directly to him here in the Tech Community. Thanks!
- ryanmcdonaldCopper ContributorIf it is stored in the Registry would it be able to pull from Intune?
- AnthonymelwhrhsIron ContributorHow about app reporting? I deployed an Acrobat update yesterday to a device group and when I click on device status, I still see each user status on shared devices. So instead of 500 devices I see status for 1000 different users. It's hard to filter out what is going on with that extra noise.

- AnthonymelwhrhsIron ContributorI think it should be handled just like the new compliance reporting. For device status it should reflect the status that was last reported that has a hard status such as installed or failed. Or just based everything on the system user.

- TWinc1925Brass Contributorhow can we grab model and serial numbers of accessories like the dock and monitors a user is using within intune reporting or different alternative non-native method to pull that data?
- TWinc1925Brass Contributorthanks for addressing this. yes more for asset management as we can query that with SCCM on domain machines. We haven't yet tried to implement SCCM to an intune machine to get that reporting. so with Covid and pushing WFH via intune we had a lot of equipment rapidly went out and we have requests to pull that data for asset management from intune wfh machines.

- TheRonanCopper ContributorHello Guys and thanks for your work's on this meeting. Do you think that Microsoft Intune can automate a query to export the data view for all the user that have an error to log on. And after like 3 error to log on have an worn on the report view. And email the IT TEAM every week with the export on a pdf files. I know that they can be an easy question, but im looking on this to improve my weekly report. Thanks to all.

- SeMeDeIron ContributorMeanwhile there is the possibility to view audit data from time ranges long ago. Last entry I was able to see was september 24th 2021. In the past there was only 90 days displayed an we therefore implemented a data save to Log Analytics via the diagnostic settings. But meanwhile I guess this is not needed anymore. Because there is more data in Intune itself than in LA with standard settings (180 days). Would you agree? Is there any documentation that describes these changes? By the way the display in tenant administration -> audit logs is horror. I filter for a timeframe in the past, than I have to push "load more" and data from today is displayed. In most cases I have to export this data to excel to find what I'm looking for. Is there another way to search for audit data comfortable?
