For automated reporting in Power BI, is the Microsoft 365 Admin Center a source for user level Cowork consumption metrics and other telemetry?

How can we set and manage spending policies programmatically? 

Are there any other options for managing the configurations coming soon?

We tried the alerts but they seem to work only for the whole group policy, could we get alerts once someone reached their user max capacity?

The /cost is nice, but it would be better to something similar to how Claude Code does it.  You have a context window percentage and cost meter visible at all times.

When will the cost management page be updated so that we can deny requests for additional credits / signal back to the user that they're already in a policy even though they still show up on the requests list. Can you please explain what happens when someone runs out of AI credits while a task is in progress? Does the task complete, allowing the user to consume more credits than allocated?  If so, is there a cap on that?

I consistently see my test Copilot Cowork users exceed the credit limit that I've put in place for each user.  So, there are some issues in the credit management.
