Hi Sarah_Gilbert, Folks,
So far, my learning path is :

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/prepare-your-organization-microsoft-365-copilot/

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/prepare-m365-copilot-part-3-threat-protection/
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/prepare-m365-copilot-part-4-protecting-sensitive-data/
Is there any other training available ? Any certifications ?
Is the following certification a good start point for Copilot ?
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/azure-ai-fundamentals/
Thanks,

Looks like the text and the hyperlink did not match, so this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/browse/?terms=copilot&resource_type=learning%20path one works fine for me.
- Andre_CaronIron ContributorHi, Here’s an eco-friendly query: Are we aware of the average energy usage per prompt? Thanks,
- DanNarlochFormer Employeeandre we have not yet shared specific data energy per prompt. Microsoft is committed to sustainability and we'll continue to share more in the future via our dedicated pages here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sustainability/cloud
- What is going to happen with privacy when Copilot is enabled on M365 tenant? A lot of privacy issues could arise if copilot can crawl through the e-mails and Teams chat history of all the users in the tenant and then 3rd person prompts copilot to ask if someone mentioned him/her in a negative context. Will there be a limit that tenant admin could impose to Copilot in order to avoid this type of problems in the enterprise? Where is the boundary between usability and privacy?
- DanNarlochFormer EmployeeThanks for the question @Srdjan. We take privacy of our Microsoft 365 customers very seriously. Copilot for Microsoft 365 users will only have access to information in the tenant that they already have access to. More information about data, privacy, and security is shared in our Learn articles here: aka.ms/M365Copilotdocs including admin documentation. NET is it is important for any organization adopting Copilot to have an intentional data governance plan using Microsoft Purview to protect sensitive information. More on that in the Purview for Copilot Learn pages as well.
- Thanks Dan, it makes a lot of sense. I've been working with Purview for quite some time and I'm glad that that knowledge can been used further. I mean, back in 2017 I didn't know that there will be something called Copilot, but I delivered several sessions because I like the whole security concept behind then O365 data.

A [..] privacy issue [..] if copilot [..] crawl(s) through the e-mails and Teams chat history of all the users [..] and then 3rd person prompts copilot to ask if someone mentioned him/her in a negative context.
Suggest to read https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/microsoft-365-copilot-privacy and conclude that if a user can already access the content, Copilot (or more specific Semantic Index of which Copilot is an interface) can provide information to the user. If you as a user do not already have access to the data, you will also not get that in any of the responses. As such, your privacy issue doesn't exist as you already know the negative context around you as a person or not - so doesn't provide new information to you. There're also options to exclude locations from Semantic Index to avoid indexing, e.g. stuff that you consider part of your Online Archive of 5+ years ago might not be desired to index and present as information to your end-users.- Thanks for answering, Robbert!
- MiloradBrass ContributorHow does Microsoft 365 Copilot ensure my data is not used for training the public LLM model?
- DanNarlochFormer EmployeeMilorad thanks for your question. Please check out our Ignite session How Microsoft 365 Copilot works, that Sarah Gilbert linked above, it goes in depth on how Copilot architecture works to secure your data. Also good to check out Preparing Your Enterprise for Microsoft 365 Copilot, that has a section on privacy and data. Our Learn page here is also an excellent resource: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/microsoft-365-copilot-privacy

At least since last week, it is possible to subscribe to Copilot. What are the advantages of this licence ? Ensure that are our data in bing.com/chat is private when connected with our enterprise account? After the trial period, the fees will be less than 10$ per month.
- Stuart2465Copper ContributorWhen will M365 Copilot be available to SMB customers, and what will the minimum purchase requirement be? In a previous AMA I was told the documentation stating that M365 Enterprise plans were required was inaccurate...which we've since heard was accurate. My customer base has a lot of interest in this software, and it has been rather confusing to have to explain the GA announcement was only for large enterprises. If there will be minimum purchase amounts, that will also be beneficial.
- GabeHoFormer EmployeeHey again, Stuart. I should have been more specific in the last AMA response. It will be available for SMB customers, but nothing has been announced yet on availability and timing. We updated some of our documentation to clarify current availability. We are working on getting availability to partners as well, appreciate your patience.
