- Within in the realm of SLTTs that deal with PDRs, are CoPilot searches, generative text/documents, report summaries, etc audited in Purview?
- I understood there is a data processor agreement for O365-Copilot licences and that those data will not be used for training of the general model used for BING or the free Copilot-app. But all data within a tenant is used for training the tenants model, right?

Correct, Microsoft doesn't use customer data to train foundational AI models. Your instance of Copilot for M365 is grounded in your data (which is different from training the LLM), to the extent that you give it access (there are multiple ways to restrict access). The grounding enables Copilot to give you responses contextualized to your business. But your tenant and only your tenant benefits from this grounding on your data.

- Is there any way to see what files/folders in our org have the permissions set to "People at company can edit/view"? We have been sharing files via Teams and SharePoint for a long time and people may have access to files they shouldn't. In the context of Copilot, this means users may get responses relating to sensitive data. If there isn't a Microsoft tool to see this, is there a 3rd party tool that you recommend?

- alexpozinAll Copilot for M365 prompts and responses are captured in the audit log, which is accessible to customers' administrators to search to identify whether specific content exists. - can/do documents, images, and other content created with copilot be tagged or otherwise have metadata indicating that they are AI generated. I can see a benefit to having the prompt request for designer image embedded in the image for future reference.
