I understood there is a data processor agreement for O365-Copilot licences and that those data will not be used for training of the general model used for BING or the free Copilot-app. But all data within a tenant is used for training the tenants model, right?

Jun 12, 2024Correct, Microsoft doesn't use customer data to train foundational AI models.
Your instance of Copilot for M365 is grounded in your data (which is different from training the LLM), to the extent that you give it access (there are multiple ways to restrict access). The grounding enables Copilot to give you responses contextualized to your business. But your tenant and only your tenant benefits from this grounding on your data.
