- When labeling data with sensitivity labels, does the same procedure apply to data that is tied into Copilot with plugins. Such as data in a Jira service desk or ServiceNow? Wondering how Copilot determines sensitive data and access in systems that are non Microsoft based.
- What's the best practice for guiding users in the use of Copilot when they have both Copilot for M365 and Copilot with Commercial Data Protection (the Work/Web switch) to avoid confusion? Is it recommended to block Copilot with Commercial Data Protection for them, and leave them with Copilot for M36 only, to avoid the conundrum of "what to use when"?
- Hey Alan, great question! I think the simplest delineation might be that if they solely want to search the web, it may be beneficial to use Copilot with commercial data protection. Using Copilot for Microsoft 365 with Graph-grounded chat is able to search web content as well, but also grounds in organizational data.
- Is there a plan for MS Partners about Copilot for M365 Trails in CDX Environments, for Self-learning and Showcasing, with the focus on Symatic Index and Copilot Studio?
- Karuana, has mentioned a couple of times an "AI Council". Are there any terms of reference or recommendations for SMBs to facilitate the creation of this type of committee? (BTW, great event! Thank you.)
- Will Copilot be added to the CDX environements for Microsoft Partners? Today Microsoft FTE has access to CDX Copilot environments but not the rest of us? Perhaps we could just buy a Copilot license for a "fake user" in any CDX environment to test Copilot in an English environment?
- At this time, CDX environments do not provide any Copilot environments.
- So, if I put in a credit card for a Copilot license in a current CDX enterprise environment, will it not go through? If it does and Copilot functionality is not provided, do we get the money back 😉 ?

As Candice Ling announced in her blog here: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/azuregov/ai-solutions-for-us-government/ we're targeting Summer 2024 for Copilot for Microsoft 365 in GCC. GCC High and DOD environments do not have an announced target dates yet, but the team is working hard on that planning work, and we hope to share more in the next month or two.

Folks, if you want to see a good example of Copilot hallucinations open Word, click on Copilot inputbox ant type in a prompt like "Create a biography of FIRSTNAME LASTNAME" and press Enter. Responses are hilarious and at least I don't know anyone who has got an accurate biography. 😉

- You can use your Microphone today on Copilot to provide prompts. Copilot for M365 does not seem to have that feature...YET
