What's the best practice for guiding users in the use of Copilot when they have both Copilot for M365 and Copilot with Commercial Data Protection (the Work/Web switch) to avoid confusion? Is it recommended to block Copilot with Commercial Data Protection for them, and leave them with Copilot for M36 only, to avoid the conundrum of "what to use when"?
Hey Alan, great question! I think the simplest delineation might be that if they solely want to search the web, it may be beneficial to use Copilot with commercial data protection. Using Copilot for Microsoft 365 with Graph-grounded chat is able to search web content as well, but also grounds in organizational data.
