To restore the default voice, press Win + I to open Settings, go to Accessibility > Speech, and select the original voice pack， if that doesn't work, use the PowerShell command Get-AppxPackage Speech| Remove-AppxPackage to reset the voice engine. After restarting the computer, the system will automatically reinstall the voice components.
