Word will not open on my Mac
Word has decided it doesn't want to open anymore, perhaps it is depressed. When I click it, or choose a file and right click "open with>>Microsoft word" the icon bounces for about 5 minutes, and then...
Is it always the same file? ... Which does not open.
Have all of the Office and operating system, updates been carried out?
Does Word start in a different / new user account?
I'm not a Mac specialist but it would be worth a try ...
Remove ~ / Library / Containers / com.microsoft.Word / Data / Library / Preferences / com.microsoft.Word.plist in the affected user account (with Word closed, of course).
Then try again.
