Word Text Alignment-table cell settings for row return

Dear at all!,

I found very difficult to set an auto-alignment that imposes a comebac-in to the second row when I create a  table cell. I went through a couple of lectures of  google but,It doesn't fitmy first need. What I need to do is found the options command to regulate text alignment to its border cell, but where is it?
