Word replaces document images with images from other documents when executing a print function
I create a document with images/photos placed throughout the document (the pictures have been copy/pasted from a non-Word source, ie., websites, etc.); some are located "in line" with text; some are ...
Are the images linked to the file, or are they embedded in it.
If you use CTRL+A to select everything in the document and then press F9 to update the fields in it, does the same issue occur?

I have the same issue -files are embedded and can change each time i save or open the word doc - and when this occurs the file also start to lag - can take over on second for typed info to show on page
i tried to include an attachment but paperclip below is not opening- so i have added 2 photos as you can see the JB Poitros Logo is replaced a photo of 4 stools from elsewhare in the file - my files are 40-100 pages long with 3-4 of these type of sections per page
