Word problem losing a file, completely
On 22/3/24 at about 5pm, Iwas working on a Word file , when suddenly the screen flicked to something different, and Word closed (by itself). The file on screen was totally corrupted, onlyjas been tot...
Was this a blank document you created? Or was it from a website?
It was created totally by me, over about 5 months. WorkableBat5816
- Another thing - I asked the MS support person ... is it caused by a software fault. She didnt reply to that....said "we wont charge you for any help" ...
That's probably how you lost it... Make sure you save your documents... just in case if that happens again! I may not know much about Microsoft apps, or how to help the community, but I can give a few tips and/or tricks! I hope I answered your question...
- Was it on autosave minutes before it flickered? Or was it either On just before it did/Off completely?
