Word Online: 'Catch up' button?

That support rep didn't know what he/she was talking about.
Catch Up is for keeping track of changes and comments. It's supposed to show you what's being going on in a document since you looked last.
It seems to work just fine for that. I like it. Unfortunately, it's only for Word Online so far, which is a bummer, since Word online is too basic for my organization's needs.

HI DavisMichael, yes, it never made sense to me. Anyway, it seems to have been removed, as I haven't seen it for a while now.

Pete_FFC I see the Catch up button (online) today (02/08/2024). I click it and it yields:
- A dialog titled: Activity to catch up on: that reads [person] made changes.
- Elsewhere in the document:
- A pop-up that reads "[person] * New! Edits N hours ago"
- Scrolling down I eventually see the highlighted changes that were made.
I find it useful.
