Word file read-only from OneDrive

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a "word" issue, or OneDrive issue.

- I have a word file in my personal OneDrive, that I use MS Office 2016 to open/edit from laptop.

- But when I tried to open it from OneDrive on iPad or iPad Pro, it's shown "read-only". 

- I tried to open the word file from OneDrive on Safari instead of OneDrive app, but it still takes me to OneDrive app and launch word app instead of edit online like on laptop. 

Any advice is appreciated.
