Word cursor remain as text cursor when over graphics
This is in Windows 11 and in this machine, I have problem choosing a SVG graphics in Word as the cursor will not change as I hover over the imag and remain as a text cursor.

Unchecking the picture box in Word restores the arrow pointer to the graphic area.
