Word at PC (latest) and Outlook

1) Word PC underlines text with dots and I can't switch it off

2) Support from word PC does not work as it says no network connection

3) Outlook PC does not sychronise when i enter entries on my connected google calendar

4) Outlook Mac does not synchronise all Mails

Help please
