Word application printing issue
Hello Team, High priority: Please help the customer with printing issue. While printing from Word application( Microsoft 365 subscription). Word version: MSO (Version 2408 Build 16.0.17928...
It’s not an Office issue, it’s the new printer’s paper size/scaling. The driver is mismatched (A4 vs Letter or scaling not at 100%), which causes the blank space. Fix the paper size and scaling in the printer driver and Word, and use the proper manufacturer driver.
