Word 365 running slowly in large table created in earlier Word version
On a MacBook Air (new) and a PC (Windows 10) I am experiencing slow entry and deleting of text in a table. The table is about 150 pages and was created in an earlier version of Word. Word runs okay with other documents I have had occasion to use. Online and voice help from Microsoft have helped some, but seem at a loss to make further progress.

In Word, it is a known issue that tables may be slow. Ensuring that you start a new row regularly, at least once per page, should improve the situation.
