Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP Hi, thank you for your response but can you please explain why this works in Word version 15 and doesn't work in Word version 16. Tab delimited files are supposed to work, I believe?

- Hi Doug, I don't get that option when replying. We have since done some more investigation and for some reason Word will accept all our files if we convert them to csv files instead of using txt files with tab delimiter. This looks like a bug in word (version 15 would take the tab files).
