Word 2019 macros

Trouble creating macros in word 2019; Everytime I tried creating a new one, there's an error message that saying "Ambiguous name detected: en". I need to be able to create many macros for my work.

Please tell me how to fix this issue, already called Microsoft Tech Support and they redirected me to this Community.
