Use 'and' instead of '&' in-text for a citation of two authors

I am trying to add a citation for two authors in Harvard style and need it to say 'and' instead of '&' in-text, (right now its (author A & author B, year), whereas I need it as (author A and author B, year).

Any help?

You can use the search and replace dialogue. In German you can also find it under Ctrl + H.

Hey, I did try that and for most words it works but for some reason it doesn't work for the citation :/. Thank you, though

Are you using Word's built-in Citations & Bibliography function? Note that it is rather basic so you may not be able to customize it much.
