understanding revisions
Hi, this is my first time working with revisions and I am not understanding how to work with them at all. I understand comments for the most part but I'm not understanding how to edit or accept revisions. If I can get some help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Take this:
Option 1: One by one
Click a change in the document
Go to Review tab
Click:
Accept > keep the change
Reject > discard and restore original
Option 2: Right‑click shortcut
Right‑click the change
Select:
Accept Change
Option 3: Accept/Reject everything
Review > Accept = Accept All Changes
or
Review > Reject = Reject All Changes
