Unable to see Assigned Tasks in an MS Word Doc

Hi MS Word Community,

I've tried to look online for the answer but so far have come up empty-handed. I've love to know if there is a way to see assigned tasks within an MS Word document when there are no tracked changes and no comments in the document?

After running Document Inspector (see screenshot) I saw that there are Tasks; however, I'd like to review/see them before I just remove them. My problem is that I can't see them.
