Unable to Print Document in Word Web

Hello Community, I’m experiencing an issue where I’m unable to print a document using Word Web. When I select the print option, nothing happens or the print dialog doesn’t respond.

 

Here’s what I’ve already tried: Updated the printer driver to the latest version. Performed troubleshooting on my browser. Despite these steps, the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, what solutions worked for you? Any guidance or official workaround from the Microsoft team would be greatly appreciated.

    Word for the web does not print to a physical printer. It prints to pdf. If you open the pdf in Adobe reader, you can print to a real printer.

    What kind of Browser are you using? Can you try to switch to another and try again?
