Unable to find dictation in word

Hi, 

I was using word's dictation feature for past few days but suddenly it disappeared from the home tab yesterday. I have seen multiple videos that is showing to enable intelligent services. But there's no intelligent services option in the option menu.

Then I tried to disable the background intelligent services. But still no that didn't work. 

 

Windows Specification

Edition - Windows 10 single home edition

Version - 20H2 

OS build - 19042.1237 

Experience - windows feature experience pack 120.2212.3530.0 

 

Word Version 

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019

Version - Version 2108(Build 14326.20404)

 

I'm attaching screenshots of my word screen with no dictation and intelligent services.

    You can set them, right click on open area in Ribbon in Home Tab, Customize Ribbon --> Choose command from --> Select All Tabs ---> click + Home --> + Voice --> Dictate --> Select Dictate and Click on Add

      Hi, there is no Voice feature in the Home tab. I followed the above steps but didn't find voice.
