Typography: Expand Character Spacing by Relative Value
Right now I can only "adjust" character spacing by absolute values, measured in points (see below). I could swear this is new—haven't I always been able to expand character spacing by relative values, measured in percentages?

As far as I know, only the very first option ("Scale") is offered as a percentage. This is the same in Word for Windows.
