typing in capital letters only
Help.
When updating my resume, as of a few days ago, im able to type in capital letters only ?

I assume that your Caps Lock key is not active.
The style of the paragraph into which you are typing likely has a font setting of All Caps.
You are likely using the wrong paragraph style.
However, for now, you can change the setting for the paragraph by selecting the text in it and pressing Ctrl+D to open the Font Formatting dialog. Uncheck "All Caps."
You could also use the Sentence Case (capitalize first letter in sentence) from the Home tab.
Long term, if you are using Word much at all, you want to learn about Styles.
