Two graphics in header: one aligned to left margin; the other aligned to right margin
Idea 1:
You put your graphics in-line with text.
Insert your left graphic, set a right-tab at the right margin and press the tab key. Insert the second graphic. Having the same vertical size will help.
Idea 2:
Create a two or three-column borderless table without borders and set up the left and right cells for your graphics.
Idea 3:
(variation on idea 1)
Set your template up in the Windows version and use Alignment Tabs set to your margins so that even if the margins are changed they will line up. (I do not know that these will work on the Mac.)

I am pretty sure they are not available on the Mac, but, like Content Controls, they apparently work on the Mac if already in a document.
Here is a free Add-In on my site: AlignmentTabs as AutoText Add-In Template
It should allow you to insert them on the Mac.
P.S. Here is one for the Content Controls.
- t_linnAug 13, 2024Copper ContributorThanks again, Charles. I ended up designing a single image that combined both graphics. It required some trial and error that wouldn't have been necessary if I had been able to position the graphics independently in Word. I am a little surprised at Word's lack of sophistication in this regard, though I spend my time with Photoshop and Premiere so my expectations are probably a little too high.

Word remains a word processor rather than a page layout program.
