Trying to put all text that is in quotations into italic text

Thank you very much for replying to my question. I am attempting to replace the existing text in every instance of the document when the text is in quotation marks. If I am not mistaken you are showing me how to replace only certain text within one instance in the doc.  I am using Word in Office365. I have hundreds of text segments in quotation marks. I can do it rather easily one quotation at a time, but it would take me days to accomplish the task this way. I did speak with Microsoft a couple of times. One gentleman says what I am trying to do can not be done. Another, while on chat, logged into my pc and tried numerous methods. He finally gave up and suggested I try this forum. What do you think?
