I used to be able to copy (ctrl c) from any source such as another Word document or even the internet, then press paste (ctrl v) then hit (ctrl) release the ctrl key then press T and it would turn fo...
Click File > Options > Advanced and make sure that there is a check mark next to "Show Paste Options button when content is pasted."
