Table of Contents Personalizing
I am struggling with personalizing the Table of Contents. I have developed a recipe book where I have created some Style such as:
1) Chapter Reference (large font size) which is like a Title of a section
2) Recipe Names as (Numeric Headings - 1, 1.1, 1.1.1 etc)
What I am challenged with is:
1) Unable to make the Chapter Reference to be TOC Level 1
2) Heading1 as TOC Level 2
etc etc
What I am getting in the customizing Table of Contents is Chapter Reference and Heading 1 both showing up at Level 1 in TOC (See image attached). The last image is my desired Table of Contents.

I would use Heading 1 for the Chapter title and Heading 2 for the recipe name.
For the numbering, you should prepare your numbering attached to paragraph styles as set forth in How to create numbered headings or outline numbering in Ribbon Versions of Word by Shauna Kelly
Include Heading 1 in the List Numbering even if you do not attach a number to it.
