Style for Heading - Adding a straight line on the second row of the text
Is it possible to set a style that is meant for heading 1 and it has a straight line on the second row of the text? how can I do that so that it will appear automatically based on style updates?

Kidd_Ip is correct.
You would want to modify the paragraph/linked style to include a bottom border.
When you are in the Modify Style dialog, click on the Format button/menu and choose Border.
You can modify the thickness and the distance from the text.
Make sure that the border is set to be for the paragraph.
