Sort bibliography alphabetically and numerically

Hello, I'm currently writing my bachelor thesis in the field of electrical engineering with Word. I have the Word version from 2016 in front of a 64 bit x64 laptop. I use the IEEE citation style and want to sort the bibliography alphabetically and numerically at the same time. Is there a possibility that I can't do it myself?
