Smaller Text below Text and Aligned ?

How can I insert text below main text or a header in my case it's a link as seen in the screen shot below ?

  • An alternative is to anchor a text box to the actual paragraph in the document. The text box would move with the paragraph, if you set the position for the box relative to the text.

In the screen shot below, the example is with a text box that has a border but no fill color, so the text behind the text box is showing through.

You usually want to lock the anchor so that the anchor doesn't move by mistake.

  • A text box anchored to the header paragraph can be moved so that it is behind text in the main body of the document. See the screen shot below. The text will repeat on all pages using that same header.

Note that header text will be visible but you can't "interact" with it after you have closed the header/footer, that is, when focus is on the main body of the document. Also, repeated text won't be associated with a particular text paragraph on the page, which means that this probably isn't what you want.

  • You can add text above or below the main body text if you put it inside a text box.

If you want repeated text, you can add it in a text box which you then anchor to the header paragraph.
