Sizing of icons for embedded files.

I'm hoping someone can help.  I recently started with a company and inherited a document that has embedded word documents in it.  As you can see in the picture, there are some of the links that are much bigger than the others.  I cannot figure out how to resize the object.  I've tried making new embedded objects but cannot find the matching icon and cannot make them small without the label on them.
