Serious Formatting Issues - HELP ASAP

I need help ASAP - I have a very custom resume i put together in word and now the formatting shifts every time i try to save in all different types of formats.  Lines move, colors change....

I have tried copy and pasting to a blank document and colors and shapes compltely shift.

I was laid off and can not apply to jobs because of all of these issues.... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP
