Security concern: Document contains fields that can share data - how do I find those fields?
I have a large 100+ page document that I've been working on for the last week and today that error started appearing. Problem is I've added dozens of images (some copy/pasted from the net) and embedded a few objects so it will take forever to go through each of them manually especially since I don't even know what I'm supposed to be looking for.
I don't want to simply surpress the error in trust center - since it's a shared document and will just be flagged again when a colleague opens it - but I can't figure out how to actually find the blasted fields Word is complaining about.
Help please?

The suggestion does not help since I do not want to disable the pop-up. I want to find and remove referenced fields.
You can manage external links (to OLE objects, for example) via the Links dialog box (applies to Word for Windows at least).
To display the dialog box, do the following: At File > Options > Info, click Edit Links to Files.
