Saving Word doc as PDF

I'm attempting to save a Word document as a PDF. I've done it many times before. However, all of a sudden, it tries to save the file and then says: Can't export file because unable connect to the network. Try checking the internet connection.

My internet connection is fine or I couldn't do any of this. Can you help?
