Saving but sometimes, cannot enter docx to edit
Saving a .docx sometimes comes with a text box around the saved content. This prevents one from entering the docx for editing. Been using Word for 15 years. What am I doing wrong ?
I believe that you are describing some type of document protection. As Doug suggested, a sample document would (in Word format) would help us diagnose the issue.
Mipela Can you upload such a document to a sharing site, such as OneDrive, and post a link to it back here so that we can see the document and perhaps advise what has happened and how to prevent it.
