You can insert the image as a watermark, if you wish. It would then be repeated on every page in Word documents which are based on the template containing the watermark.

- Tried it and it worked like a charm. First I had to move all the margins back to zero before inserting the watermark. Then, after inserting the watermark, I was able to move the margins to an acceptable position before saving the document as a template. Thanks for your excellent suggestion.
