save option on ribbon

Hello! I would like a single icon on my ribbon to save a document as an .rtf file. Is there an add-on/add-in for this already? If not, does anyone have code for Visual Basic to share so I can create the macro and use that instead? Thanks!

    Hi Jacques,
    You can customize ribbon, Click Customized Quick Access Toolbar (In top of the Word (Blue colour)). There is many option as you want, click on Save and there is Save option to be appear in Word.
