Save As Sites showing me sites I'm not following

I'm running Office Insider build 1801 8911.2016, and when I click File/Save as on a new file, then select Sites, I'm seeing groups in my following list that I'm not following.

Specifically some I don't have access to as they're private groups of which I'm not a member. (I am a sys admin for SharePoint)

If I copy the file location from Word for the group site and paste into a browser, I get a 403 forbidden.

Any idea why they are appearing?

PS Most sites don't have an icon next to them either.
