Hi, PowerPoint does not have Word’s native Ruby/phonetic guide feature in a reliable way. If you need Microsoft apps, use Word with fixed containers, text boxes, tables, anchored objects, and page/section breaks, or use PowerPoint with manually positioned small text boxes for furigana. Not perfect, but more predictable.
