Reduce or remove printing margins in Word Online
Hello,
I have a one page document in European standard format A4, in Microsoft Word 365 online, I want little margins in order to maximize the content space.
I've set the top and bottom margins to zero, but if I try and print, either in the printer or in a pdf file, it adds large margins and make the content overflow on a new page.
I'd like to remove or reduce those printing margins, so that the output remains identical to how it looks in the editing interface. Could you help me on that please ?
In those screenshots you can see how the same document looks in both the edit and print interfaces. (I've added a black square to hide the text because it is not relevant to the issue.)
How it looks in the editing interface. The margin settings. How it comes out in the printing interface.
- I found a workaround : I started a new blank document and copy-pasted all my content to this new file, set the margins and it worked ! I still don't know what went wrong in the original file, but at least I can keep working with the new one.
