Red squiggle lines in middle of Word Doc - Not Spellcheck

Hi All,

I have these weird red squiggle lines in the middle of all pages of my Word document. I have searched other forums and nothing truly matches but I have already tried Accepting All Tracking Changes (no changes found); clearing Header & Footer; and turned off spellcheck, though it is not spelling related. Nothing has worked. It does not appear on printed pages, so I am at a total loss. Realize it's just an annoyance, since it's not "harming" the document but it's making me insane, so any and all help is truly appreciated.

    Lakarsen Do the lines appear with all documents, or just one particular document?

     

    If you upload a copy of a document with which you have the issue, we will see it we can find the cause.
