Recent files listing in Word
After my system was switched to Windows 11 I noticed the following: I am using Microsoft Office 365 Word software. When I want to open an existing file...the "Recent" document listing is showing the 1st lines within the document.
It use to show the electronic file name: xxxxx.docx which is preferred especially since all my document have the same 1st line...so I can't tell them apart!! How can I get this "Recent" file listing to show the .docx file names again? I never had this problem before.

I am not sure what option may have been checked to cause that, but try performing an On-Line Repair of the Office installation and see if that results in the normal behaviour being reinstated.
