Office-Word Unlicensed Product

It's of course a good thing that one installation (license) is up and running again. Do you remember if they were purchased from the same retailer (for example, if both were purchased directly from Microsoft)?
You could try a manual uninstall followed by a reinstall, but there is no guarantee that it would help.
Microsoft Office 2019 came with my new PC installation.
For the laptop, I ordered it through Microsoft sales.
I'm afraid that I see no obvious reason why one install would work and the other would not. :-(
PC is working with Windows 10. Laptop has Windows 11 and patches creates more problems.
