Quotation Duplications on Word Doument

I have a Word Document I have created which is a work in progress.

 

It is quite lengthy approaching 4,000 in length.

 

I suspect that as time has passed that I have duplicated a number of quotations.

 

I wish to know if there is a way for a computer novice such as myself to find any duplicates and delete them or if, alternatively if I might find someone to do this for me.

    Apologies, but not opening an attachment I don't know. Print-screen(s) would have been equally helpful.

      As I stated in my original post the Word Document in question is nearly 4,000 pages long.

      Perhaps you could favor me with instructions on how to send this lengthy document to you in a Screen Shot format which will include the entire document.

        Find an example of duplication, make a screen shot, save it.

        Find another example of duplication, make a screen shot, save it.

        Find yet another example of duplication, make a screen shot, save it.

        Upload them.

        Also helpful, if you want anyone to favour your post, let alone "find someone to do this for me", would be dropping the attitude.
